Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations are not accepted.  PLEASE contact me within 48 hours of receipt of you order to discuss any issues.  I will review each request on a case by case basis and do my best to correct any issues.

All items are packed with care to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.  In the unlikely event your order is damaged during shipment, please reach out to me immediately with pictures of the shipping material and the item.  Replacements of lost or damaged items is not a guarantee but approved on a case by case basis.

If I do accept your item for a return, exchange, or agree to replace a damaged item, the original item must be returned to me at your expense.  All accepted returns, exchanges, or damaged goods must be returned within 48 hours of my decision to replace the item.
